One of the best and unique mod pack for GTA San Andreas. This mod will replace many things of GTA SA to GTA IV including roads, textures, skin, radar, hud and much more. The maker of this mod is "ryanyusufarsy". There are many mod packs. Most of them, which are shared here are GTA V Mod packs. But this mod pack is the one which is quite good. It will make GTA SA look like GTA IV. Which was one of the best game of its time. It is one of my personal favourite mod pack because of its simplicity (no overloaded modifications). Another great thing about this mod pack is. it does not require computer to install. Just move the files and the mod pack will be installed.

Before You Start
• No need of PC in this mod pack.• This mod pack is for devices with "PowerVR" GPU only (you can see yours by installing CPU Z app from Playstore). If you don't have PowerVR GPU then you should follow these simple steps:
Just go to the location where you extracted this mod pack. Then inside that mod pack files, go to:
<Location where you extracted this mod pack>/files/texdb/gta3/
and then you will see some files like these (in the picture below):
Now replace the word "pvr" with your gpu words.
If you have Adreno GPU then replace "pvr" with "dxt" and if you have Mali GPU then replace the word "pvr" with etc". For example rename "gta3.pvr.dat" to "gta3.dxt.dat" if you have Adreno GPU (else replace with etc).
Now do the same steps with other files which are present inside:
<Location where you extracted this mod pack>/files/texdb/gta3/
and then you will see some files like these (in the picture below):
Now replace the word "pvr" with your gpu words (as explained in above steps).
• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.
Step I: Download Project IV Mod Pack GTA SA Android
• Download Mod from:MEGA 290.0MB
If you do not know how to download from MEGA site using your mobile then please CLICK HERE. I have shown every step with pictures.
Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android
• Go to your: (RECOMMENDED STEP FOR BEST SMOOTH BUGLESS GAMEPLAY!)/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ <here>
and backup all your content present there and move it to safe place. Please note that your save files are present inside "files" folder present there. Make sure you backup that. We are not responsible for any step. Then delete all files there. This step is not necessary but it is recommended so you not face any bugs in this mod.
• After deleting all files in the above steps you will see no files inside "/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ <here>"! Now:
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).
• Move the "files" folder to:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ <here>
• The mod pack is installed now.
Step III: Enjoy the mod
• Run the Game and enjoy the mod. For gameplay like GTA IV. Install THIS cool mod. Which will increase traffic and peds density!Screenshots:
